When you create an account at PlayVIG, we send an email to the email address you entered when you signed up. Before you can play on PlayVIG, you will need to verify your account by clicking on the link in the email we sent.
If you didn't receive the verification email, you can request that it be resent:
- Open the PlayVIG app.
- Select Settings.
- Click Resend verification email.
If this doesn't work, you may want to check your Spam or Junk Mail folders - some email systems automatically put emails there that contain links.
Note that if you try to join a Quest without first verifying your email, a message will appear with a link to resend the verification email.
