DDOSArrest is a service we use to protect our users from potential cyber attacks and account thieves.
Here's a list of Potential Solutions to get past this error:
1.) Make sure you are using your PlayVIG email address (not your username) to login.
2.) Try resetting your Password. Try setting a password that doesn't use any special characters like (@#$%^&*!).
3.) Try switching your browser (e.g. if you are using Chrome, try Firefox or Microsoft Edge.)
4.) Scan your computer for malware if you still cannot login
5.) Make sure you aren't using a VPN
6.) Re-Verify your email
7.) Try signing out of PlayVIG or the PlayVIG website, restart your computer, then sign back in.
