DOSArrest is a service we use to protect our gamers from potential cyber attacks and account stealers.
While they may be other situations that cause this error to app[ear, this usually triggers if your IP Address has been used by scammers.
HOW DO I SOLVE THIS ISSUE?
1) CHANGE YOUR PASSWORD.
Passwords with special characters can sometimes trigger a DOSArrest. Try changing your password to one without any special characters. (Ex. %^@&*)
2) CHANGE YOUR WEB BROWSER
Depending on how your web browser is setup, it can sometimes trigger a DOSArrest. Try using another web browser to access the store. (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, etc.)
If none of the above fixes the issues, take a screenshot of the error, and send a message to the Support team ALONG WITH your IP ADDRESS and TIME and DATE you encountered the error so they can review your account records for the causes of this issue.
