Once your order has been purchased it will be moved ahead to processing. Processing can typically take up to 7 business days to complete, after which your order will be sent out to you.
Digital Codes: If you ordered a digital code, such as a steam code or Amazon card and you don't have your order after 7 days, be sure to check your spam folder as sometimes orders from us can end up in there. If you still can't find it, send us a message via a support ticket and let us know.
Physical Items: If you ordered a physical item such as a shirt or sweatshirt, you will be contacted by the PlayVIG staff shortly to get your shipping address, and then your order will be sent out to you.
PayPal Orders: If you ordered a direct deposit from PayPal, make sure your email associated with PlayVIG has a PayPal attached. Your money will be sent to that account via your email.
