If your ads aren't loading or you aren't seeing any ads before the content on our ad player, there are a few things you can try to make sure your ads load properly.
A common misconception we have found that can happen is some users think the videos on the new ad page are in fact the ads and are needed to be watched to earn tokens. In reality, this is optional content that follows the ads. You will only receive a token for watching the ad that plays before the content. If you did not see an ad, please follow the rest of this guide.
Disable your Ad Blocker:
If you have installed any third party ad blockers on your browser, you must disable these before viewing the ads and receiving tokens.
Some browsers (such as chrome) have built in ad blockers that need to be disabled as well. You can do this through your browser settings when the browser is open.
Disable any active VPNs:
While VPNing into another country is against our TOS, VPNing into a different place in your own country can still cause issues and prevent ads from loading. Make sure to disable all VPNs to ensure the ads load properly and you get your tokens, as well as to not run into potential warnings from the Fraud department. After disabling your VPN, hard reset your computer before attempting to us PlayVIG again.
Check your hosts file:
